Start Remote Support Session

When you click the "Start Remote Support Session" button you will be redirected to a page where you will enter your name and the support key that you get from your xGEL Help Desk. You may have to download and install a helper applet from GoToAssist (the linkage provider) but after that the Help Desk will be able to see on their computer, what you see on yours.
